Management is clueless. None of them understand professionalism. They pretend to know how to run a business in a "professional manner." How is success possible without product knowledge? Lack of communication is an understatement. How many human resource employees does it take to hire garbage employees anyway? Not to mention horrible raises that are absolutely NOT based on job performance, attendance, or being punctual. This is not a place that makes you proud of the work you're doing.
