Minpunten
I gave over 15 years of my career to this company. For a long time, it truly was a great place to work — a healthy culture, supportive teams, and leadership that cared about people. It wasn’t perfect, but it was a company you could be proud to represent. Sadly, everything changed in the last 3 years. The shift was slow at first, but now it’s impossible to ignore. Favoritism and internal politics have taken over. Managers now focus more on building their own circles of influence than developing their teams. Genuine talent is overlooked or driven out, while those who play politics are rewarded. HR, once a reliable point of support, has completely failed the employees. They no longer listen, investigate, or act. Their main job now seems to be protecting bad managers and brushing real issues under the rug. When you raise concerns, they either ignore you or twist the narrative to make it your fault. I’ve personally seen employees suffer from this — good people who gave their best, only to be silenced, gaslit, or quietly pushed out. It’s painful to watch a company you’ve dedicated so many years to be destroyed from the inside.
