Pluspunten
Good and friendly people in general with decent break times and they take safety seriously. Occassionally, there were events where events for employees to purchase products at a fair price. During the summer: occassional free lunches.
Minpunten
They let people go with little or no warning. Rather, they should issue advance notices so employees can utilize their remaining time to find or transition to new jobs while still earning income as that would seem to be common sense and simply an act of decency. Important to remember many employees there are working paycheck to paycheck so some compassion shouldn't be too hard to ask for.
