Pluspunten
- Day to day, there is virtually no supervision by management, so recruiters don't feel a great deal of pressure.
- Environment is rather casual.
- PTO requests are always approved.
- Many of the requirements are quite easy, and there is a large margin for error as a recruiter learning the ropes.
- There is plenty of work to go around, so the team is *usually* more collaborative than competitive.
- You get to leave work at work, overtime is not expected.
Minpunten
- Unprofessionalism exists in every aspect of the company.
- Turnover is high (~66% my first year).
- Recruiters don't have access to most of the premium sourcing tools.
- Commission structure makes it difficult to consistently increase income long-term.
- Management is reluctant to offer new responsibilities/opportunities to newer employees.
- Communication system is highly inefficient. Information goes from Clients -> Management -> Recruiters -> Candidates and back again any time any message must be conveyed, making it very difficult to handle any sort of issues.
- The management makes zero effort to cultivate any kind of company culture, and all managers work remotely, leaving the office a no-man's land.
