Jaime Salter is a nice man who employs people who talk about him and his family behind his back or post negative comments on Glassdoor. Why don't you leave the company and stop cashing ABG checks? ABG can hire people who actually want to work here and make a difference. His sons actually work harder than most people at the company and care about ABG. Also, what is wrong with hiring people that are your friends? last time I checked this is America and NOT a communist country. I have worked in America ALL of my life and I have seen people hire friends and family...I mean wouldn't you hire your friends and family if you could? America was built on small family business (i.e Disney, Wal-mart, Ford Motor Company, the list goes on and on)..Also, on the Glassdoor review it specifically asks would your refer a friend to work here (LOL), obviously referrals are welcomed Thank you Jaime Salter for being a NICE Man and for creating a company where people can come to work and have fun! You are a real leader who is compassionate and Canadian to employ losers who talk behind your back and cash ABG checks....In America we fire LOSERS!
