I had a very disappointing experience working at Autnhive. In my opinion, the company suffers from excessive mismanagement, with a lack of clear direction and poor decision-making from leadership.
Employees are often treated more like servants than professionals. Long working hours and unrealistic expectations make it extremely difficult to maintain any work-life balance. Personal time is rarely respected, and the culture seems to normalize constant availability.
From my experience, the HR function was ineffective and did not operate independently. Instead of supporting employees or addressing concerns objectively, HR appeared to simply follow the CEO's directions without advocating for employee welfare. During my time there, HR was frequently unavailable when employees needed assistance, making it difficult to resolve workplace issues.
Constructive feedback was not encouraged, and employee concerns often went unheard. Rather than investing in people and building a positive work environment, the focus seemed to be on meeting immediate demands regardless of the impact on employees.
Pros: None that stood out during my experience.
Cons: Excessive mismanagement, poor leadership, lack of work-life balance, ineffective HR support, limited employee recognition, and a stressful work environment.
