The workload is completely unreasonable.
You have the potential to be a great company to work for but your unwillingness to properly staff will continue to contribute to turnover. It's like pulling teeth to get one additional position when we need 10.
You will save money by hiring more adjusters. If I had more time to properly manage and investigate my claims, I would save enough money to pay for another adjuster's position, we would have fewer complaints, and altogether more satisfied customers.
The workload is abusive, quite honestly.
