You can do as little work as possible and as long as management likes you you'll continue to get raises and bonuses. It takes aggressions negligence to get fired.
Minpunten
Antiquated technology, low salaries, no incentive or motivation for employees means the great employees leave and the bad employees stay. Promotions are based off longevity and not qualifications. Branches are placed in small cities on outskirts of town. Vacation and sick time is accrual based and very small. Constant turnover. Management not engaged. Company would rather continue into the future as is then try something new.
