Pluspunten
The people and it’s easy. Good to get you in the door if you’re struggling to find a job but I’d suggest working somewhere else if you can. Typically good about working with your schedule though and most managers are alright. Culture and values among employees and most managers is amazing but higher up it’s horrible. Executives do not follow the same rules as everyone else or abide by core values like the rest of the company does.
Minpunten
Executives lie to the company and make decisions based on how they are feeling rather than facts or data. Assured employees they were not going to change the work from home program, and then 8 months later sent out an email telling everyone they had to be in 2 days a week, a big increase from 1 day a month. Reason for the change is to make culture stronger, even though IT department has been very vocal about enjoying working from home and think it has actually improved culture. They also consider everything “high priority” and don’t seem to care that IT has too much on their plate with unrealistic timelines. Also way underpaid, people who have been working here for over 20 years still aren’t making 6 figures and you have to get up to the director level to see a larger increase in pay. Claim they have great benefits, they are good at best, many companies have benefits that are just as good if not better and they pay you more on top of it.
