Pluspunten

Everyone is treated like a child and has to clock in 5 mins early. Which is nice because at least we're all suffering together.

Minpunten

I hated my life working at Autoshack. It sucked so much out of me, for very little pay. If you have any other job opportunity - take it, or experience the misery for yourself (trust me it's not worth it, you can do so much better).

Read the bad reviews carefully to identify recurring patterns. 3. Management appears to be heavily relying on AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to evaluate employee work. This is driven by internal messaging that frames AI integration as a monumental 'strategic decision' akin to the discovery of electricity, creating an environment in which employees do not take the company seriously. 4. High employee turnover is another sign of instability. 5. Management often appears unsure of what they are doing, and much of the work is highly manual and decades old. 6. Leadership is lacking throughout the organization. Employees may experience frequent yelling, disrespectful communication, and unprofessional behavior. 7. Priorities constantly change, creating inefficiency. 8. Ownership is highly reactive and prone to emotional outbursts. 9. Work requirements often change due to limited planning and a lack of long-term strategy. 10. The Managing Director micromanages, has made inappropriate comments, and demonstrates weak leadership skills. Decision-making and interactions may vary depending on mood, and favoritism has been observed toward a specific employee. 11.
