- The company has a "One Team" aspect which is NOT followed due to lack of education to its peers. - After 10 years with the company there's no advancement unless you are Starbuck material. You'll feel stuck. - Raises are a joke even with a repeat performace of a 30% sales increase over last years numbers. - They work you like a dog, and expect you to run both DIY and Commercial making you lose focus on your accounts. - Regional Managers play favorites and let people slide on HR issues. - The District Managers use a "Do as I say, not as I do" aspect which results in loss of respect. - Over all, I would not recommend anyone to work for this company.
