over all Management could be improved

Very laid back environment until the big corporate company purchased the business from the long time owner and founder. Casual attire (jeans), most of the people that work there have for decades. Owner was always available to each employee (open door policy) and would help any of his employees even on a personal level. Good man.

Corporate takeover, people walked into job positions that they thought they could perform and failed! No management from anyone other than the owner (no longer there).
