This includes encouraging employees to take breaks throughout the work day to take walks, go to doctor's appointments, or simply walk away from the computer for a few minutes. Availity is a wonderful company that stresses the importance of their employees and they practice what they preach. Management is honest and transparent about the company movement and they encourage employees to ask questions and reach out to management if they have concerns. Finally, Availity encourages employee growth within the company.

Like any company that primarily has employees working remotely in different time zones, it can be difficult to communicate with others across the company. It is not anything that becomes a barrier for getting work done. You just need to approach things proactively.
