Endless cycle of micromanagement. Despite overachieving goals, be expected to join pointless meetings where leadership talk in circles. You're encouraged to bring ideas to the table but very quickly talked down to when you do speak up. Heavily reliant on channel resellers. OTE drops in half and target doubles after year 1, which means working three times as hard for half the money. Very high churn where the business has overpromised new AE's potential to earn but not a single rep has closed a completely net new logo in last 12 months. Yet the expectation is to deliver a high pipeline of net new logo's, when this has not been done before which results in high churn of AE's. the classic expectation vs reality.
