Pluspunten
best reasons to work here - work life balance; 25 days holiday and you're not expected to work ridiculous, antisocial hours. the uk staff - majority are genuinely good people.
Minpunten
Main reasons not to work here: 1) no development and no career progression - due to the wage bracket for different teams it's almost impossible to move into senior teams (management would prefer to bring in an unproven new person on £20k = £30k higher salary than develop and promote current staff.). there are no career progression programs. 2) the management in uk let one or two people completely rule the office and have the best split of the accounts - this also includes the majority of the incoming leads which has created a really negative environment. out of the staff who have left in the past x12 months - all of them say that a certain staff member was their main reason for leaving, due to rudeness, stealing accounts and being given every incoming opportunity. 3) i have never worked in an environment whereby there is 80% - 90% staff turnover yoy - some people are let go; but most staff members are beyond fed up and leave due to internal politics and favoritism, not earning wages they were promised at interview stage and the american office being allowed to sabotage every uk and european deal. 4) the "new product" - which doesn't work. when demoing the tool and it crashes 100% of the time - not acceptable.
