None, just a regular software consulting firm

Minpunten

People are underpaid, lots of lies from the management team, only a few of the preferred employees get acknowledgments and that is not because they work better than others, but because of they have personal relationship with leadership. I would not recommend Avenue Code to anyone that is not a recent grad with 0 experience. Get a couple of years of experience and look for something better

Stipend for equipment and after 6 months is yours. Payment on time after 15 days when months ends

If a contract with client ends, the contract with AC will end too. Not easy to find a new job with them. Salary is under the market and imposible to get more even with good performance with client.
