This may not be applicable to the entire company, but within my unit, the deadlines are extremely tight, and there is an expectation for certain employees to consistently work additional hours. While high-performing individuals may receive salary rewards, the overall salary offered is not on par with some other companies, although it is not the lowest either. It's worth mentioning that yearly bonuses have been eliminated, with the intention of reallocating that money towards salary increases. However, the specifics of how this will be implemented have not been clarified.
