No Products in reality Project team creates Stuff and then sold as product Poor Work Culture, If you are good then you will work while others will enjoy Led by a close Regional group and if you are not one you are in trouble Only friends prosper, regional department heads all are close friends and have built their own kingdom Too many wrong doings that are hidden Low tier employees work as slaves while others enjoy No Strategy or Employee development or training provided to employees If you are not one of them forget hike, promotion or a good project. People at top posts don't deserve but blind eye towards them. Top People like to order than request Bad work culture
