Pluspunten

Axion offers a very collaborative environment where people work together as a team to get the work done. Everyone at Axion is accessible and willing to help at all levels of the organization. Also, there is a lack of politics within the organization, which fosters a terrific team oriented culture.

Minpunten

This is a fast paced industry with a lot going on at once, especially in Q4. Organization and the ability to multitask and prioritize are keys to success. This is not an Axion issue, it's just the nature of the industry.

Outdated processes. Unrealistic expectations. Unnecessary in office mandates. No training.

We’re sorry to hear that our training programs did not meet your expectations and that the in-office mandate was challenging for you. We acknowledge the need to enhance our training programs to better support our team members. We find that having everyone in the office together is most effective to make them more relevant and engaging. We also understand the importance of flexibility, which is why we have a one-day-a-week in-office requirement. This approach aims to balance the need for in-person collaboration with the benefits of remote work, supporting both productivity and work-life balance. Thank you again for your feedback.
