Flexibility with time and schedule, run your own business. No max on comp, no quota, well that is they want you to be Proactive, because thats how the managers get paid. Great reputation with some of the best products in the industry with great resources

Minpunten

Bad benefits, no matching 401k, They make you pay per month to use a phone and a cubicle. Which is ironic considering the base pay for a partner is 175k. Work is all commisions, nothing is guaranteed. The training allowance and other comp is a derivative of products sold, so it is 100% commisision. They know the turn over rate is really high so they make it appear that they have the best renewal rate and trails to make up for the lower 50% commision off Life products.
