EXTREMELY low pay as a sales associate, tons of work drama (people coming in crying some days), owners absolutely do not care about your well-being, and there's an Aesop in the store and we're "not allowed to talk to them". Don't let the young fun people or the designers trick you into working here. False promises in promotions.
