Pluspunten
Azlo's culture was not only helping small businesses thrive, but also helping its employees to thrive too. The company was very centric on this. Management was incredibly empathetic and really focused on building the most value add for our customers. All employees, original, new, contractors, etc were treated with the same amount of respect and their great efforts were always highly recognized.
Minpunten
Company strategy got a little muddy as the company started to mature. Enhancing the current product on top of building out newer subscription services caused a bit of scramble, loss of focus at times. Company really needed to focus on what it was capable of delivering, when, and then make more reasonable plans to that. That maturity was in progress at the time Azlo was shutting down, however.
