Joined the company during a particularly challenging period, so the initial experience wasn't the easiest. Despite that, the management team was supportive, approachable, and encouraging throughout, while colleagues were helpful and nice.
The company today feels very different from when I first joined. There have been meaningful changes, a more positive atmosphere, and a genuine effort from management to listen to employees and create opportunities for our voices to be heard. It's reassuring to see that feedback is taken seriously and turned into action whenever possible.
HR have been actively advocating for better employee benefits and have consistently taken action on matters within their influence. While not every change can happen overnight, the effort and commitment to improving the employee experience are evident.
Overall, it's a supportive workplace with people who genuinely care and are continuously working to make things better. I'm grateful to have witnessed the positive progress and look forward to seeing the company continue to grow.
