      - Flexible timings - friendly coworkers - intial days when joined in company management had proper communication with employee with time good managers left and company started decaying

      Minpunten

      - Salary delays (sometimes you don't even get full pay for few months and they postpone your salary) - No proper communication with the developer during building estimates - Priority of the company is taking projects and assigning a single employee to work on his own and expected to meet deadlines - long hours, you would even be working till early morning and no comp off are given

      -Good place to start career. -Friendly management.

      -Lack of leave management, PFs and insurance. -Need to change developer-manager/lead communication.

      - Great co-workers and managers - Flexibility - Supportive to one's innovation irrespective of his/her experience in the industry. - Usage of FOSS to the complete extent with Agile techniques - Encourages talent with good pay - Azri is the place where one will get his/her salary for learning. - There are no fixed timings in Azri and are flexible which makes it easier to maintain work-life balance (unless the one is not capable of) - Gives more chances to the individual for enlightening his/her skills by providing work on new technologies and challenging projects - The company entertains the team by conducting some activities like cricket, volleyball, trekking, movies and more to come in future. - Provides a facility to reimburse the meal bills when worked in holidays - Last but not the least, you can be yourself in Azri
