Pluspunten
Great location, nice building, benefits are okay.Tenants are great. Most staff have been there for 15+ years. They don't do back-to-back rentals (as some property management companies do) so tenants never show up with a moving truck and have to wait for the previous tenant to clear the apartment before you can move in.
Minpunten
Nepotism. Bored maintenance department head who can't wait to retire. Also company is really slow to adapt to the 21st century and are therefore very low tech and out of touch with current changes in MOL / RTA laws. Got a disgruntled employee who costs them rentals/ makes them look bad, but it's apparently not worth a few thousand dollars to pay his severance. Be prepared to work your off days picking up Disgruntled Employee's slack.
