Great benefits that start on day 1. 401k, medical, dental. Great safety culture. Salary very decent for a chemical company. Global influence.

Minpunten

Not much opportunities for growth. Many in upper roles are not moving so will take time to make moves if you are in HR. More growth potential in engineering or commercial roles. People are hand picked for opportunities. Not a fair practice. Management not trustworthy.
