- Changes take place in a slower pace with the matrix set-up and alignment - Some toxic leaders exist and it takes a longer time to manage him/her out - Generally the company is stable with not very high turnover, making a lot of vertical upward or lateral movement difficult, blocking the pipeline - Covid-19 also hit the business quite hardly especially automobile industry
