They love to talk the talk but, never walk the walk. They will throw you under the bus to protect themself and look good. - This company is only good for fresh graduate. If you are experienced and talented, look somewhere else. - The culture is very bad. Employees are classified in two group: the likeable and unlikeable. Only the likeable will ever have a chance to be promoted. They always judge you the way they perceived you, with no facts. - Decisions are made by consensus which is not good for talented people looking for creativity.
