The office environment and culture at CIBA is an almost academic with lots of interacting, mentoring, and sharing. People dressed in business casual and the attitude is relaxed. Many people get together after work hours. It's a supportive atmosphere for the most part. We held parties 'just because' as well. They care about safety and it is emphasize with the training and rewards.
