Pluspunten
You get paid biweekly, and you don't have to work on Sundays (but you have to work every other day of the week).
Minpunten
Sales goals are high pressured and extremely impossible for a bank that has an astonishing low amount of traffic. If you reach your goal for commission it will be nothing to raise your eye brow at. Also the incentive structure constantly changes so the employees are less likely to receive commission. If you work the retail side you'll have to be the Jack of all trades and be pressured into exceeding sales goals in at least 9 different areas without the support of any solid leads. The salary pay is extremely low compared to how much they'll over work you. Last but not least Michael McKinney launders commissions/incentives on investments and the company protects him.
