No respect for personal time! If you are sick you risk getting wrote up if you don't have enough vacation to cover your absence or if you can't find someone to trade days with you. Same as if you have sick kids or have to drive in from out of town in the winter! They would rather you kill your self and drive through a blizzard than call in. Days off are not reallly your "days off" They require that you give all your phone numbers and will call you in if someone didn't show up. Also they schedule a lot of mandatory overtime. Management play the favorites game. If you kiss their butts you can pretty much get away with murder but if they don't like you, good luck! Have NO idea how the whole process works! They come in and implement changes and don't care that they made more work and that 99% of the time it doesn't work anyway.
