Business of healthcare serves a larger purpose. Company and the leaders in it really try to "do the right thing" when presented with a leadership challenge.

Minpunten

Lots of transformation and change right now might make it feel chaotic.... it should eventually settle down and they should be able to capitalize on the transformation to fuel business growth.

There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

Minpunten

Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
