      Pluspunten

      Decent pay, onsite cafeteria, easy work, opportunity for overtime, decent amount of PTO, paid holidays, laid back, overall good atmosphere.

      Minpunten

      Rude management, constantly watched by management and upper management, (seems as if they’re hoping you will fail so they can punish you), promotions often not given to hard working employees, and instead positions are given to employees from outside of the company, hence the title of this review. Expected to complete tasks that are above what your job title entails, with no recognition. Unprofessional management, nobody seems to follow through with what they say, and nobody cares to try and keep their employees.

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Minpunten

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
