Large organization. Good stability. Working conditions are pretty good.

Lots of politics. Management is out of touch with reality. Great upper management is negated by bad middle management.

Good PTO and benefits. Work load is manageable but the company is going through a business transformation process which could increase workload to maximize efficiency.

Minpunten

Work life balance decreased steadily over the years with not a lot of room for growth within FP&A. Many roles were BPO’d out.
