HR and Management are old boys club, if someone (Lab analyst or Scientist) disagree with their Performance evaluation rating, or raise their voice for some issues, will talk to HR, under the impression like HR will do something about it, instead HR will push that person further down the floor. Old boys club (HR and Managers) will misuse their power and will give Performance Improvement plan to that person. Weekly meetings with old boys club (HR and two managers) infront of peers and colleague watched you going to that meeting, manipulated that person to the point that either he or she will resign or will be fired.
