Management go against everything the company stand for and get away with it, company love to send out emails daily about how you’re valued but it’s just token corporate speak - they really don’t care about employees well-being Training is hit and miss Avoid,Avoid,Avoid -unless you’re willing to sell your soul to the devil for a few gold coins but in the end you’ll still be physically and mentally ill ! Management don’t want to put anything in writing because then there’s evidence - it’s all phone calls
