They say you can turn a job down if you do they threaten to fire you. The lie about payments and don’t give bonuses. They also mess up everyone of your paychecks and make you fight forever to get pay fixed. They don’t respect lunch times and expect you to have the motivation to keep going. They want you to leave or breathe Belfor or suffer the consequences.

They work you to death make you employee of the year then promise you the world just to fire you for no reason and don’t show you proof. Put you in situations that doesn’t follow OSHA guidelines. Insurance fraud jokesters. Don’t follow IICRC guidelines. Go against their own company policies.
