This is a pretty non exhaustive list of the bull that this "company" does on a daily basis.
1. Admin avoids paying subcontractors for as long as possible to save a few bucks.
2. They'll promise a pay raise to new/potential hires after working for a period of time, but they DO not follow through (has happened to ~50% of people I've worked with here)
3. Expect to work on weekends to finish projects and not get paid for it.
4. One of the owners is a megalomaniac who micromanages and makes employees do tasks not relevant to their jobs.
5. Ethically questionable business practices.
6. Owners take pride in charging the government exorbitant amounts of money for shoddy work.
7. More administration than designers, engineers, and construction workers combined.
8. One owner rents/leases houses across the country and sets up "offices" in other cities to get preferences on government contracts.
9. Extreme office politics plagues real innovation.
10. Many employees don't really have a clue what they're doing.
11. High turnover due to insane boss
On top of all that, it's morally taxing working for company shouldn't really be in business.
