Let me say that our employees are ALWAYS paid on time, and for all hours worked, and that we are committed to working with the highest morals and ethics! Our professional staff is made up of mostly exempt level employees some of who do, on occasion, work after hours or on weekends to meet deadlines. However, we pride ourselves in keeping as close to a 40-hour workweek as possible so our employees have a good work-life balance. For employees are eligible for overtime pay, they ARE paid based on timesheets they personally sign confirming their hours which are verified by our Payroll Department. Our turnover is actually in line with the construction industry as a whole and runs at about 20% annually. This includes field hourly hires who are hired for one job only which makes this number as high as it is. Our employee tenure of our office personnel is running at about 10% annually currently. Does our leadership have high expectations? Do our partners to get in the middle of projects to ensure they stay on time and on budget? Absolutely! Our partners do not sit back and hope it all works out. They are in the mix every day; developing employees, meeting clients and staying in front of any potential issues so we can continue to be successful.
