I apologize you feel that we are all about our engineers. We care about each of our employees no matter their skill set. We have promoted at least 6 people this year and it was a 50/50 split with engineers and other positions. We are an engineering consulting firm and do have many engineers. We have a lot of opportunity and that may not always come in the form of a promotion but an opportunity. We have a great deal of opportunity here at BHC RHODES.
