It has been a fantastic journey while working at BLSD Lab Pvt. Ltd., where working at the Lab is good, but the challenges that has brought with it in turn teaches you a lot and makes the limitless knowledge in your recent fingers even more in your reach. Initially it was really, really hard to get into the environment. The onboarding was fast and the expectations high, causing at time to feel overwhelmed. For me it took time to learn the maze of the workflow and the peculiar specifics of my position. But only after I got settled and started to grasp the company’s operations did I start noticing a supportive and dynamic company that really values its employees. Having a positive experience at BLSD Lab combines with the collaborative culture, which encourages innovation and creativity, this means I am able to contribute my time and skill to projects that I feel are relevant to me. The management is open to feedback and it has become a little easier for me to give my ideas and thoughts to them. And through regular check ins and performance reviews I’ve been able to stay on track with with goals, as well as feel recognized for my work. Of course, the thing I love the most about BLSD Lab is that everyone is committed to their growth. The opportunities for professional development are many, whether through training programs or under the mentorship of experienced colleagues. But this also augments the individual career of the staff as well as the overall strength of the organization at large.
