You will enjoy working in here. Good Learning opportunity. Best compensation offered in all over IT Industry. Work Life Balance is excellent. No weekend work, no overtime, no staying back, no late night calls. You will hardly see people staying back after 6:30 PM.

Minpunten

A more Horizontal corporate structure than most other companies can leave you working more independently than most other companies. It's a global company so some of your partners may be on the other side of the planet. It's a very asynchronous company and some employees may struggle to adjust to the freedom and accountability.

The product managers were very helpful. They are the reason why Bold gets one star. Also, if you've been there for 4 years or more, you seem to like it.

Minpunten

I've never been so stressed in the first 30 days of a job. The senior manager gossiped about me and didn't have the knowledge to execute or to properly define expectations. I couldn't get feedback or clear expectations from the VP on down. It was like I was supposed to read minds. My advice is to run away.
