If your face fits, you are fine, if not you are overlooked and demoralised. Great divide between senior management and staff. Bullying is rife in BT, and managers can get away with it. The useless managers, at all levels, get on, and the good ones are overlooked. Managers are given NO training, so often leads to ineffectual management of teams. The people who talk the loudest often are the ones who are courted by Senior Management and reviled by their staff.
