Wonderful management so far. They stay out of your way. They don't bug you. It seems like if you do your job well, they simply let you be. Pay is great. PTO is ok... but that's the space. Honestly, I had wanted to go contractor for years, but was scared. BTS made me feel safe. I do not regret it. There have been no furloughs yet, but I feel that if/when it comes, BTS will do what is within their power to make the pain minimal.
