Ah, inter-related cons:
Tons of meetings, paired with tons of work due, without the ability to really work remotely = some people working crazy hours.
Don't get me wrong, they allow people to work remote sometimes, but you can't necessarily do that multilple times a week. Embracing remote work could help reduce the worklife inbalance some* employees may encounter.
*side note: there were also people that thrived working tons of hours so a lopsided worklife balance may have been intentional for some.
