- There is a complete lack of culture - Senior management can be rude, treat employees with disrespect, often do not understand what teams are even doing and therefore demand work that isn't relevant or useful - The company direction is vague and targets change all the time - No feedback from managers and no opportunities for growth or promotion. Too many people have had 3-5 different managers within 1-2 years - People in London are being made redundant and replaced in Spain, Italy or India
