Management has the collective intelligence of a class of Kindergarten students, things are always being changed to make doing a job more difficult; only to be changed again 2 months later, compensation is merely adequate but becomes trying at times due to the micro-managing hoopla that one has to deal with on a daily basis because of management's incompetence (this isn't all management though, there are several good ones that are some of the best in their field......its just the ones that feel the need to "justify" their existence or others that are a part of the "good ol' boy" system that don't want to offend anyone by making an unpopular decision or put their job in jeopardy by thinking for themselves).
