Pluspunten
One of the best things about working for BRCC is the paid holidays and lack of micromanaging. They also have a cafeteria on campus that is ran by the culinary school that they recently merged with. I was also able to get cheap Microsoft Office software with my staff badge. The campus is nice and the police on campus make you feel safe.
Minpunten
The major downside to working at BRCC at any level in any department is navigating the politics. You MUST watch your back at all times. Have a exit strategy. Look for ways that you could get blamed for someone else's mistake because odds are you will! Document, document, document!
