The pay is pretty good considering how easy the work was. They also have great benefits.

Minpunten

The only thing I didn't like about working there is the amount overtime they have you work. Sometimes you had no choice if you wanted to stay late or not. The facility I worked in wasn't ran the best in my opinion. I felt management made poor decisions when it came time to run production. We couldn't keep up with demand because the machine were constantly breaking down causing us to work 6 days a week.

Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

Minpunten

Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
