      Empresa boa para crescimento, muitas oportunidades internas e sempre dão chance para quem está iniciando a carreira. Feedbacks mensais, contato próximo com a gestão. Clima bom entre os funcionários. Refeitório sempre tem coisas diferentes em datas comemorativas. No final do ano a maior parte dos setores tira férias coletiva.

      Muita pressão, horas extras, baixa qualidade de vida. A empresa funciona 24 horas todos os dias da semana…mas não há analistas suficientes no laboratório para tanta demanda. É tipo de empresa que adoece o funcionário. Tem que aproveitar pra pegar o máximo de experiência que precisa e depois buscar outra oportunidade.

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Minpunten

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
