Pluspunten
The culture and work life balance is amazing hands down, and Baxter is committed to developing you as an individual to the extent you are comfortable with additional work outside your job description on top of your normal standard work to grow. As well as doing things you do not particularly enjoy. It's a give and take relationship. I believe this would be a great company for someone just starting their career or near the end, but not for someone who is aggressive and ambitious with their aspirations.
Minpunten
The pay is below average and the opportunities to make more require many years of experience. The yearly merit increases do not cover inflation. Besides pay and fast growth opportunities, this would be the perfect place to work.
